24-HR Circadian Phase Map Sample Collection Schedule

For most 24-HR Circadian Phase Maps, you will want to collect your first sample as soon as you wake up and each consecutive sample every 2.75 hours thereafter. Use the guidance below to set your sampling times appropriately.

If you generally wake up at a routine time, using an alarm, you can input that time below.

However, if you do not wake up at a routine time, you can quickly input your exact wake time immediately AFTER you collect your first sample, to get the appropriate saliva collection timing for each additional sample you will need to collect.
