Step 1: Prepare for Your Collection Day

Before you begin, let’s make sure you have everything you need to complete the test.

Step 2: Sample Collection Day

Watch this video the day/evening before your Sample Collection Day. This video will outline exactly what you will need to do to collect good quality samples for your circadian phase assessment.

Step 3: Return Samples

Watch this video after you have completed your sample collections AND frozen your samples for a minimum of 24 hours. This video will outline exactly what you will need to do to return samples to the Salimetrics Laboratory for testing.

Step 4: Access Results

Watch this video after you have returned your samples to the Salimetrics Laboratory and are ready to access your test results.
