Step 1: Prepare for Your Collection Day

Before you begin, let’s make sure you have everything you need to complete the test.

Step 2: Sample Collection Day

Watch this video the day before, or first-thing in the morning on your Sample Collection Day. This video will outline exactly what you will need to do to collect good quality samples for the circadian phase assessment.

Step 3: Return Samples

Watch this video after you have completed your sample collections AND frozen your samples for a minimum of 24 hours. This video will outline exactly what you will need to do to return samples to the Salimetrics Laboratory for testing.

Step 4: Access Results

Watch this video after you have returned your samples to the Salimetrics Laboratory and are ready to access your test results.
