This is a survey for circadian rhythm disorders, which are abnormalities of sleep and body rhythm timing. Typical features are falling asleep too early (e.g., by 7 PM), or wakening up consistently too early (e.g., 3 AM), taking too long to fall asleep (e.g., more than 1-2 hours), unpredictable sleep times, or sleeping progressively later and later (going around the clock).
